STAFF ROLAND PARK PARKING
Roland Park parking will take place in the lowest part of the lower lot in the month of December.
STAFF ELECTRONIC DEVICE USAGE
To maintain a professional and respectful environment, all electronic device usage should be discreet and non-disruptive. While on duty, personal use of electronic devices is prohibited. When in the staff breakroom, staff are not permitted to take personal calls or watch videos without the use of earbuds or headphones.

Staff Member Referral Program
We believe referrals are an essential part of our recruitment efforts to identify, attract and hire exceptional talent for the Club and we expect you would want to work with individuals who would have the same commitment to providing exceptional services and facilities for our members and their guests and embody our work culture. While we consider recruiting a part of everyone’s job, we have a Staff Member Referral Program to encourage you to recommend individuals you believe are a good fit and to reward you when we employ someone you have referred to the Club.
Award:
The Staff Member Referral Program pays an award for each referred candidate that is hired as follows:- $300 for any full-time staff member who is hired for ongoing employment
- $100 for any part-time staff member or seasonal staff member who is hired to work for a limited duration of time
Eligibility:
- All active staff members are eligible to participate, with the exception of the Executive Management Team
- Former staff members or current or previous contractors
- Immediate family members
- For positions you can directly influence the hiring decision
The number of referrals a staff member may make is not limited
Referral Procedure:
- All referral candidates must identify on the Club’s Employment Application who referred them for employment
- Human Resources will record and track staff member referrals and notify payroll when payment is due
Payment Guidelines:
- Awards will be paid after 45 days of continuous employment of the referred candidates start date and as soon as administratively possible in the next payroll cycle
- Awards are considered income by the IRS and will be subject to normal payroll taxes
- Awards are included as compensation for the Baltimore Country Club 401(K) Plan and subject to deferrals and matching contributions
- When more than one staff member is referring a candidate and that candidate is subsequently hired, the award will be distributed equally
Consistent with our employment process, all candidates will be considered based on their qualifications and suitability for employment and it is the Club’s objective to hire the candidates that best qualify for the positions. All referrals are appreciated, but you must respect that all decisions regarding a candidate’s employment will be strictly confidential.
